3.      Review & approval of minutes from Nov 15 and both January CVHA board meetings (Gerry)

4.      Water manager’s report including: (Gary)

a.      How will we put meters in CV3 sub-divided lots?

5.      Treasurer’s report including: (Eileen)

a.      How to invest savings

b.      How to list some inventory as assets

c.      Setting up 2013 Independent Audit

6.      CCRs: Junk on properties (Eileen)

7.      Discussion of developing a policy for when the water manager repairs the homeowner’s side of the water line (Eileen)

8.      Tree removal update (Jeff)

There has been a break-in at a house on Crystal Drive E. in CV1.  Please be on the look-out for suspicious vehicles.  Make your presence known.  Call 911 if  needed.

Shooting

In the afternoon of January 1, a bullet grazed the hand of an individual walking on Rainbow Lane in Village I. Based on the trajectory of the bullet, it was determined that it probably came from somebody shooting on the hill across Highway 410. The sheriff’s department is investigating this incident but has told us that if anybody in any of the Crystal Villages hears shooting, even if it sounds like it is in the distance, they should call 911.
