First, the Board is pleased to announce an agreement with Starbucks to occupy the common area between the mailboxes and Hwy 410 in Village 1.  No more than 550 cars a day are expected during peak weekends.

Second, due to the great work we do, the Board has approved a 400% pay increase for ourselves.
