The Annual Meeting is Saturday, January 17, 2026 6:00pm at the Greenwater Community Center.

The HOA board ballot was accidentally snail mailed out with only 2/3 candidates’ names. The correct ballot was already in the newsletter and available online.

We have open board positions. We shared this in the summer newsletter and are still looking for volunteers. We welcome participation from all, whether you are a full-time or part-time resident. Being a board member is not much work, and it’s a fun way to give back to this community that is so precious to all of us. The board is working on the winter newsletter and ballots for new board member votes which will go out in the coming weeks. If interested in joining the board, please reach out so we can get you on the ballot.

Most homeowners paid their $510 annual dues already. They were due by the end of January.

A few folks have spotted a cougar hanging around recently. I saw a cougar in the Ranch in December and there have been other reports recently. Be careful, especially with kids around dawn and dusk.
